Our favourites

Here's a google map of some of our favourite places in Victoria! Resturants, cafes, bars, points of interest, hikes and more! Please reach out if you have any questions but this should help set you up for success!

Fairmont Empress

721 Government Street, Victoria, BC V8W 1W5, Canada

A staple in the Victoria harbour and the home to the purple Empress Gin. Go for high tea or cocktails at the Q!

The Butchart Gardens

800 Benvenuto Avenue, Brentwood Bay, BC V8M 1J8, Canada

If you have access to a car during your visit, we highly recommend a trip to Butchart Gardens which is just a 30-minute drive from downtown Victoria. This world-renowned garden is stunning year-round, with vibrant floral displays, walking paths, and peaceful spots to take it all in. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing afternoon and a true highlight of the area!

Beacon Hill Park/Dallas Road

100 Cook Street, Victoria, BC V8V 4Z8, Canada

One of our favourite places to walk together, Beacon Hill Park is a beautiful escape right in the heart of the city with lush gardens, quiet trails, and even the occasional peacock sighting. From there, follow the path down to Dallas Road along the water, where you can stroll the coastline, feel the ocean breeze, and take in stunning views across the Strait. It’s a peaceful, scenic spot that holds a special place in our hearts, as we also took our engagement pictures here.

Fan Tan Alley

2 Fan Tan Alley, Victoria, BC V8W 1R3, Canada

Victoria’s Chinatown is the oldest in Canada and such a fun area to explore. We especially love wandering through Fan Tan Alley which is the narrowest street in North America and full of charm, with tiny local shops tucked into every corner. The whole neighborhood has a cool mix of history and personality, plus some great spots to grab a bite or snap a cute photo.
