How to Book
Must book by April 10th.
IMPORTANT - Read all the details on this page and the FAQ page before booking.
Please book and then RSVP under the RSVP tab after to let us know you are officially coming!
It is required that all of our guests stay at the hotel for a minimum of 3 nights. We recommend that everyone comes in on Thursday, October 13th, a day before the wedding, and leaves on Sunday, October 16th. You can stay longer if you wish, please see more details about this and room upgrades on our FAQ page.
While we love the kiddos we please ask that you leave them at home. Our wedding venue space is very limited so we kindly ask that you do not bring anyone that is not addressed on the invite. Thank you for understanding.
Booking your flight -
You will want to fly to the Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico Airport. We recommend downloading the phone app Hopper. In this app you can put in your desired travel dates and the app will notify you when it is the best time to buy your tickets.

Hotel Xcaret is all-inclusive, so the price of the room includes food, drinks/alcohol, room service, excursions, all transportation, and gratuity for food/alcohol/room service. One of the reasons we chose Hotel Xcaret was due to the fact that it is an amazing all-inclusive hotel. Besides tipping the tour guides or buying souvenirs you will not be spending any money.
