In our room block, we have the standard room as the set option, we have stayed in this room and it is very nice! If you wish to upgrade your room, however, you will still book through our link, and then after you will have to call the Hotel Xcaret front desk to upgrade.
Yes absolutely! The set price per night in our room block is good 10/11 through 10/20. You can also book outside these dates, just note the set price might be different for days outside the block.
GOOD NEWS MY FRIEND! ALL transportation is covered! Hotel Xcaret covers transportation from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the airport, and to and from for all of the included activities! You will get more information from Hotel Xcaret after you book on directions for the pick up from the airport to the hotel, they make it very easy. For booked activities, they pick you up right in front of the lobby. If you want to go to any of the parks they have buses that come every 15 minutes that you can jump on.
When you arrive they will sit down with you and show you all of the options for excursions and restaurants. At this time you will want to reserve which excursions you want to go on (ALL ARE FREE!!!! :)) and what restaurants you want to eat at. Not all restaurants require a reservation, but many of them do, so you will want to work with them once you arrive on completing your schedule for your stay. Here is a video of the excursions: https://vimeo.com/189392725
ALL food and drinks are included. We are not kidding when we say the food is VERY good! Some restaurants do require a reservation, which you will want to make upon arrival because they book up fast. Our personal favorite is Cantina Los Faroles, the food is amazing and at night you can dance, which is always a plus. The only 2 restaurants that are not included are HA and Fuego, read more about the restaurant here: https://www.hotelxcaret.com/en/restaurants-xcaret-hotels/ As for the drinks, everything is amazing and top-shelf alcohol is included! We recommend taking advantage of the tequila cart at the Mercado De La Merced. Also be sure to find the secret little bars scattered throughout the hotel. PRO-TIP - Call room service before you go out to dinner and ask them to refill your fridge with beers. ***Room service is included.
YES.
Your best party outfit for the wedding, and for other days casual resort wear, swimsuits, cover-ups, hats, sunglasses, and workout wear for the excursions. On the excursions, you will want to wear a swimsuit, with something over it that's active, such as workout shorts and a top. We highly recommend bringing non-slip water shoes or sandals for the excursions and a waterproof pouch for your phone. Also don't forget your passport!!!
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Wear your best party outfit, Shoes Optional! Wear your favoirte party outfit that makes you feel great! Our theme is Disco in the Jungle so have fun with it. We say shoes are optional because 95% of the wedding takes place in the sand, and no one likes to walk with shoes on in the sand.
Yes very! You most likely will never be leaving the resort grounds outside of the resort excursions, there are too many options of things to do, to even want to wander off outside of these.
