Venus’s Introduction of Awowa (Venus never pronounces the rs) Aurora is my built in best friend. She’s my wonderful younger sister. Currently, she’s stationed overseas serving with my older sister, Marlenne, in the Navy. She’s third wheeled most of our dates and mediated more disagreements than I’d like to admit. Without her guidance and patience, I wouldn’t be the person I am with Jobert. Thank you, sis. I love you lots. Jobert’s Introduction of Aurora Aurora has always been the protective little sister, who follows her older sister around. But now she has become a person of her own and someone I am proud to call my sister as well. I will never forget how much she has done for Venus and I’s relationship. We would never have gotten this far without her (mostly because she agrees with me more than Venus).

Venus’s Introduction of Gabe Gabe is one our partners in crime. With a great sense of humor and lots of ambition, he has contributed many moments of laughter and kindness to our relationship. When Venus makes jokes, Gabe is one of the first to smile or laugh. Jobert looks to his kuya for humbling advice and camaraderie. We hope that when Kuya Gabe is able to find his special someone that we are able to provide the support and care he has for us through the years.

Hi, my name is Victor. I've been asked to write an intro for myself. Now honestly, I've never liked writing about myself. Always felt self indulgent to me, so lets talk about my two engaged friends and my relation to them. Venus is my best friend, but between you and me, I've known Jobert for longer. Both of them have done a lot for me. Venus has helped me through my hardest times and I can't count how many fun times I've had with Jobert on all the grains of sand on Guam. I really do love these two and I'm glad they love each other too. Venus’s Introduction of Victor Victor is one of of my dearest and closest friends. I actually consider him to be one of my younger brothers. If you were to ask Victor, he’d say that he was our wingman and that we wouldn’t exist as a couple without him. One time when the three of us were hanging out, I asked Victor which of the two of us was the closest to him. He responded that while he had met Jobert first, I was definitely the closest one to him. I am happy to have met Victor. He is one of the angels sent by God and he has brought the other piece of my soul to me. Thank you for agreeing to be my best man and I know that one day I will return the favor.

Venus’s Introduction of Joanne If Jobert were to describe the relationship between Joanne and Venus, he would say they are like two cats in a clowder. There’s just a sense of understanding between the two that can’t be replicated. Joanne always asks about Venus and vice versa. Joanne has been one of the lights in our relationship. She offers her compassion and hope effortlessly. We really enjoy her presence in our lives. Jobert’s Introduction of Joanne Joanne is one of my closest friends and someone who I can rely on if I need help with anything. Although soft spoken, I can always ask Joanne to help me out or just be someone so can talk to. She is a binder for our group of friends and is someone we all can call family.

Venus’s Introduction of Joseph Joe is one of our cool friends. He’s the oldest in our friend group. For once, he will not be the oldest in our wedding party. He sometimes bestows a little bit of his wisdom. Though most of the time, he just enjoys the moments of laughter that we often share. He is as generous as he is kind. I am grateful for his position on our lives. Jobert’s Introduction of Joe Flo Jo Flo is the oldest in our friend group, and dispenses wisdom upon us because of his age. He is always a reliable source of information and a pillar of strength. Nothing I could say would be befitting of how much Jo Flo is a dad to the group, so I will just say that he is an enormous part of our lives.
