FAQs

Question

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by Wednesday, 09/04/2024, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones - we really do! However, we have made the decision to keep our ceremony and reception an adult only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What should I do if I am unable to attend?

Answer

You will be deeply missed! If you are not able to make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible & RSVP 'decline", so that we can plan accordingly.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels!

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as whites, ivories, and creams. Please note our bridesmaids will be in dusty blue, MOH will be in navy blue, and the groomsmen will be in light grey suits.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30-45 minutes before the official ceremony starts (at 5:00 PM) so you can settle before the proceedings.

Question

What if I am running late?

Answer

Our wedding will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by then, you will miss the ceremony.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We can't wait to party with you on our wedding day! Dinner is on us, but unfortunately, we will not be hosting open bar. Please bring a debit or credit card and/or cash so you can enjoy the bar.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have plenty of available parking space on-site at the venue.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony which means that once the ceremony begins, we please ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and be sure to share with us!
