We’re getting married!!

Our love story began in January 2015, Brian and I were both attending a going away party for a mutual friend. During a friendly drinking game, I jokingly said to him "Just so you know, you're going down". Boy, was I quickly humbled. Obviously, I lost the game but as it turns out, I won what would eventually be my future husband. For the rest of the night, Brian didn't leave my side. As we exchanged our goodbyes, he sealed his goodbye with a kiss, and we left not knowing that this would be the beginning of our forever. Over the next few months, we spent a lot of time together. One of our core memories was our first double date with his friends. That night Brian introduced me as his girlfriend. That's right, he never asked me to be his girlfriend, but he told his friends I was. The rest was history. Fast forward to 2016, life's circumstances brought us to living together fairly early on. Although that presented some unique challenges, it offered an incomparable opportunity to learn about each other on a deep and intimate level. Some say it's hard to stick together when times get tough, but for us, our relationship grew so much stronger because of it. It solidified our bond and strengthened our commitment to one another. Jumping ahead to the proposal in February 2023, Brian and I spent the evening at Disneylands' Sweethearts Nite with his family. At the end of the night, we decided to take a group photo by the castle. When it was our turn to go, Brian's mom nudged us to take one alone. As the photographer posed us Brian told him "I'll take it from here". He then got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! Of course, I said YES!!!!! We can't wait to start our next chapter together and we're looking forward to celebrating our love with you all in October! Love, Clarissa & Brian
