Both ceremony and reception will be held at villa Yum Kaax [yoom-kOsh] in Tulum, Mexico.
You can RSVP directly on our website under the "RSVP" tab. This will be made available closer to the wedding day.
Absolutely. We know that attending for the full five days may not be possible for everyone. Guests are welcome to join us for any portion of the trip. During RSVP, you’ll be able to indicate which events you’ll attend and which days you’ll be with us.
Cancún Airport (CUN): Most popular with frequent direct U.S. flights; 1.5–2 hour drive to Tulum. Tulum Airport (TQO): Closer (30–40 minutes), but has fewer, often pricier flights with possible layovers.
We recommend booking your flights at least 6 months in advance—ideally by May 2026—to secure the best rates and availability. Once you've booked, please fill out the flight info form on the "travel" tab of our website so we can coordinate airport transportation.
We recommend reserving a rental car, though we’re also happy to help arrange a shuttle if needed. Before booking, feel free to check with us — we can help make sure you’re getting the best rates. Visit our Travel page for options we love.
We’ve reserved both Yum Kaax and Ambre Epices—two beautiful villas connected by a private walkway. Guests can enjoy both spaces as a shared retreat for the weekend. Rooms are limited and will be assigned first come, first served based on RSVP order. If we can’t accommodate you onsite, we’ll recommend nearby stays so you’re still close to the fun!
To reserve your spot at one of the villas, a deposit is due when you RSVP. The remaining balance will be due one month before the wedding.
We’re so excited you’re joining us! Guests are responsible for their own flights, villa lodging, transportation, meals outside wedding events, and any personal plans. Check the travel tab for more details!
November is a great time to visit Tulum—warm days, cooler nights, and less rain. Expect highs in the mid-80s°F (29°C) and lows in the low 70s°F (21°C). Pack sunscreen, bug spray, and a light jacket for evenings.
We don’t have a traditional registry—your presence is the best gift! Cash gifts are appreciated but optional. To keep things safe, please avoid traveling with cash. Instead, send gifts digitally before or after the wedding—just ask for our details!
Yes, a valid U.S. passport is required and should be valid for at least 6 months after your travel dates.
Yes — Tulum is generally safe, especially in the area where we’ll be staying. Our villa has overnight security and a daytime concierge available to assist with transportation and local recommendations. As with any destination, we recommend using the in-room safes for valuables and being mindful while exploring. Overall, just be smart tourists and you’ll be perfectly fine.
For a complete list of amenities, please visit the Ambre Epices and Yum Kaax websites. Both villas also feature fully stocked kitchens with a refrigerator, stove, grill, and microwave, available for guests who wish to cook.
