Daytime temperatures typically range from 75°F to 82°F (24°C to 28°C), while evenings can be cooler, dipping to around 54°F (12°C). Question

🌍 This seems far
why South Africa?🌍 This seems far
 why South Africa?

Answer

Because it’s not just a wedding—it’s an experience. We wanted to bring our favorite people together for something unforgettable: celebrating love surrounded by nature, stars, and wild beauty. If you’re able to make the journey, we promise—it’ll be worth it. We’re inviting you to join us at Tshikwalo Game Lodge, nestled within the Dinokeng Game Reserve, Gauteng’s only Big 5 reserve and just 40 minutes from Pretoria. This isn’t your typical destination wedding—it’s a full week immersed in the African bush, complete with wildlife, luxury, and celebration. Our wedding package includes exclusive use of the lodge, allowing you to relax and celebrate with us in a private, serene setting. We will also be looking to spend some time extra time South Arica before and after the wedding so message us if you are interested in joining us in our other plans to explore Cape Town or more of the bush. We can’t wait to share this incredible experience with you!

Question

đŸ•· Should I be worried about bugs?đŸ•· Should I be worried about bugs?

Answer

You’re in the bush, so yes—there will be bugs. But nothing a little insect repellent and long sleeves at night can’t handle. Embrace the wild! Dinokeng Game Reserve is a malaria-free area. It is specifically designated as a "100% malaria-free" area, ensuring a safe environment for visitors. If you travel further North- please be sure to check if you need malaria tablets.
