Question

Is there anything else I need to know about the wedding?

Answer

The only thing is that we ask that you please, please skip the cologne/perfume/aftershave/lotion on the day of the wedding. We have family members with severe sensitivities to fragrance, and we want them to be able to enjoy the day.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 20th.

Can I take photos/videos at the wedding?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you silence and put away your cell phones and other devices during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer so that all of our guests can be fully present in the moment with us. During the reception, feel free to snap away!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Wal-Mart and Amazon.com, and we will also gratefully accept donations toward furnishing the home we just purchased.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It starts at 6:30. We recommend you arrive by 6:15 to have time to park and get settled in.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are recommending garden attire or summer cocktail attire. See the Schedule page for examples! We would love it if everyone put on their Sunday best, but wear whatever makes you feel the most comfortable and ready to party!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. We do ask that you take noisy or disruptive children out of earshot of the ceremony area.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If there is a plus one option on the RSVP, yes. Otherwise, we respectfully ask that our guests not bring anyone additional.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there is a space in the online RSVP to do so, and we will accommodate any sensitivities to the best of our ability.

Yes, there is a gravel lot at the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The bridal shower is June 2nd at 2:00 at Rainsville First Baptist Church. (Ladies only!)

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Mostly peach! We’re also including touches of pale yellow, red, black, and white.
