FAQs

Hopefully, all your questions will be answered here but if you have any specific questions, please let us know! Best to go through Joanna though, unless you want to know not much about the day.
Question

When is the deadline for RSVP?

Answer

The deadline to confirm you are coming is the 15th February 2026. Plenty of time for you to make a decision. If you don't RSVP by this time we will assume you cannot come, so please please do inform us

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal, however the priority for us is that everyone is comfortable. As long as you look nice and are happy that's what's most important. Please do note though that the some of the bridal and groomsmen party will be wearing a pastel blue.

Question

Will this be an indoors or outdoors wedding?

Answer

With belief and luck hopefully on our side, it will be an outdoor ceremony with food being served inside. As we get closer to the big day we will have a better picture of the weather and if there's any big changes, guests will be informed.

Question

What time should I arrive on the big day?

Answer

Guests are invited to join us at the venue from 12:30 in the afternoon where welcome drinks will be served on arrival. Guests will be invited to sit down at 1:15pm and the ceremony will start at 1:30pm. Please arrive on time.

Question

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

We’re keeping our guest list cosy so if your invite doesn’t mention a plus one, then unfortunately it's just you this time. If you have any concerns, please do let us know.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

When you RSVP there will be an option for you to declare any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please make us aware of your needs there and if you would like, you can also send us a message confirming this.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We would love to have your little ones join us in celebrating our big day. When Joanna was a child, she attended many family weddings and they are all fun and cherished memories. Please do note though, that on the day your children are your responsibility. The venue is surrounded by large fields which a dedicated child could access from the venue. Also with the venue not having on site accommodation, you may need to consider how you will get your child home during the day especially if they are little.

Question

Is there a registry?

Answer

To be honest, both of us are mild shopaholics and we will just buy whatever we need, so unless you have a specific gift in mind, just your presence will be enough. We will also accept financial gifts towards our honeymoon or new home!

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

As per our venues terms and conditions, please do NOT bring your own alcohol. There will be plenty behind the bar.

Question

Can I smoke or vape on the premises?

Answer

Yes, there are dedicated smoking/vaping areas. Please keep smoking and vaping to those areas due to the wildlife around the venue.
