Adriana Suarez

Maid of Honor

My sister and second mom. My very first friend who taught me everything I know about the world. Thanks for helping me develop throughout the years and being my leaning shoulder to cry on when I'm down. One memory that comes to mind is when we tried sneaky out of the house and our neighbor caught us. She loudly stated, "are you guys sneaking out?!" We both shushed her and got in the car and sped off. HAHA You will see her around me because she loves spending time with AJ and my niece, Reylene, such a good auntie!

Crystal (Cheeto) Medina

Maid of Honor

College roommate and forever friend. I will continue to say this because it is so true, everyone needs a friend like Cheeto. Very genuine, friendly and fun! There are so many fun memories to mention but some of my favorite were the relaxing nights sitting around our old apartment kitchen, chatting, listening to music, sipping wine and watching her cook. She wore a Mexican apron and whipped up the best meals! Here is to hoping that you don't cut the wedding cake with your hand like you did for Big Momma's birthday. I will make sure we have cutting utensils available. :) She is amazing at organizing events especially bachelorette parties! She is for hire as bachelorette party coordinator or one of your bridesmaids. I often joke with her and say the movie 27 Dresses was based off her life.

Frances Garcia

Bridesmaid

I consider Fran a sister and she holds a very special place in my heart. I want to say we met in 2008 and she has been my ride or die ever since. My Vegas travel amiga, my hyphy dancer, always representing Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley to the fullest! Every Vegas trip was memorable with lots of laughs, dancing, food and extravaganza. She is always hungry for more knowledge and growth and it is amazing to have someone like her in my life. Thanks for sharing your family, friends and unconditional love with me. She will be on the dance floor with the cool moves and kicking butt during beach volleyball.

Judy Reyes

Bridesmaid

Met around 2005, one of my very first roommates I met Judy at a Diana Reyes concert and hit it off right away. What I love about her is that she is spontaneous and has nothing but love for others. I have traveled to Miami and Cabo because she has randomly asked me if I was "interested" in going on a trip. The trips turn out to be some of the best times I have ever experienced. If you are looking for Judy, you might find her on the dance floor, on an adventurous excursion or singing her heart out to some karaoke songs.

Judy Mai

Bridesmaid

I met Judy around 2011 in college and even though we go months without talking, we pick right back up where we left off. Fun fact: we met Drake in Vegas a few years ago and I about died! "Oh man, not again!" You will probably catch her relaxing by the pool or wondering “where is Judy Mai?”. She is on her own schedule and I love her for being herself. She always invites me to spend time with her family and spoils me with Asian treats or home cooked meals.

Evelyn Flores

Bridesmaid

Big Momma/ My college mentor I call her Big Momma because she was my mentor and was my college mom. I don't often call her by her first name. Fun fact: we won mentor/mentee partnership of the year at Eastern Washington University’s CAMP program because we were so cool and inseparable. Where do I start with my love for Big Momma? She continues to inspire me each and every day. I admire her passion for her family, friends and helping others. She has a strong mindset that helps her achieve anything she sets for herself. You will probably share a drink with her at one point because she will try to engage in conversation and get to know you as a person. She will have you laughing hysterically as well because she is funny!

Ramon (Tito) Perez

Best Man

My brother! I looked up to him growing up and he helped mold me into the man I am today. He helped me adjust to middle school and we even wore each others clothes when I was in 6th grade as he weighed about 140 pounds as a senior in high school and I weighed about 185 as a 6th grader lol. He really has supported me in so many ways and I couldn't be happier to have him by my side as my best man.

Ty Berven

Groomsman

My study and basketball buddy in college at WSU. We both took science courses and pushed each other to get better. He may have got the best of me in the classroom but I could always take him on the court. Like the day we for some reason thought it'd be a good idea to play 1 on 1, first to 64 (by ones) wins. I was exhausted but I'm pretty sure I won haha

Joel Ledesma

Groomsman

One of my good friends. We got really close 2nd year of college at WSU as we tore people up on the basketball court and even won some championships there and at hoopfest together. We also played way too many video games and partied together. I'm excited to have him by my side on my wedding day.

Juan Ramon (JR) Camacho

Groomsman

We are the biggest supporters of each other’s career paths. My man, Dr. Camacho, grinded at WSU with me and Ty through science courses and also played ball with us and partied with us. What set JR apart is how hard he goes in all that he does. It's funny cause on the basketball court he was often underestimated and overlooked cause he measures up at 5'6" (that might be an overestimate haha) but man does he make up for it and he plays with a chip on his shoulder. His work ethic is impressive and I'm proud of everything he's done thus far. Happy to have you by my side man!

Mitch Tan

Groomsman

Talk about going hard! Mitch was my best bud during med school at UW. I loved how hard he went in everything from studying, to basketball, to eating!. I remember one time we went to a buffet he really wanted to take me to and I just remember saying no and trying to tap out like 7 different times but he kept ordering food (it was dim sum). Next thing you know we are driving back home very uncomfortable and I was mad at him for making us eat so much so he kept telling me to slow down cause he was getting sick and I just kept driving faster and taking sharper turns. He puked! I think I won that day :) hahaha. As hard as he works Mitch is an even better person and always tries to be all inclusive and never has anything negative to say about anybody. Everybody needs a Mitch in their life!

Elijah Mun

Groomsman

Ray Allen himself! The 5'9" asian and smart version haha. Elijah or "E" as we call him was one of my best buds during residency. As chill as I am E is probably more chill than me. Unless it comes to gambling but thats a conversation for another day lol. But seriously, E is such a good person. As one of my doctor colleagues I got to watch E in action and what caught my eye was not only his unworldly attention to detail but also how compassionate he was and how seriously he took his job. He truly loves what he is doing and I'm happy we got the chance to hang out together and even start our families together! I'm still trying to convince him to move to Tri Cities so our kids can ball together. Recruitment will continue in Cancun!

For all the days along the way
