COVID-19 Announcement

We are so excited to have our full guest list at our wedding!! We are beyond grateful to get to celebrate with all of you: our wonderful friends and family! Due to a new decrease in Covid restrictions, and we will not be doing temperature checks upon arrival. Masks are not required (since it is an outdoor wedding and even the "indoor" reception space is opened up to the outdoors for most of the night), but we encourage guests to do what makes them most comfortable. Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the venue and should be easy to find whenever you need it. Our wedding ceremony will take place outside, and the reception will take place in a large beautiful barn. This barn has a 400 person capacity and our wedding will be about 200 people, so we will still only be at about 50% capacity. At the ceremony, we will also have a few rows of chairs that are socially distanced for those that would feel more comfortable maintaining some space between themselves and other guests. We pray for God's blessings to be upon you, wish you good health, and send you all our love! See you soon!!!

Our Love Story

We met on the first day of high school and quickly became friends. In December of sophomore year, we started dating and have been together ever since. We've shared many adventures and challenges together: conquering the craziness of high school, long distance throughout college, and starting new jobs, but also fun family vacations, mission trips, and travels with friends. Finally, after more than five years of dating, we are ready to tie the knot and we couldn't be more excited to start our forever together with all of you by our side!

How He Proposed

December 5, 2020

Caleb proposed just a few days after our five year anniversary. He surprised me with a trip to Niagara Falls and I was so excited. I had never been before. We walked all around the state park and took lots of pictures, and at the very last island over the rapids (Three Sisters Island) we climbed out on the rocks right on the water. I took a few pictures and admired the beauty, and when I turned around, Caleb was down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I was giddy with excitement and said, "yes!". He proceeded to adorn my hand with the most beautiful, sparkling, clear diamond I've ever seen, set in elegant white gold. We were smiling ear to ear trying to take in the joy of that moment. Nature celebrated with us as the seagulls soared above and the rapids roared. It was a beautiful winter day complete with the magic of falling snow and crisp air. It was certainly a day we praise God for and will never forget!
