The ring Tony proposed with belonged to Joan’s maternal Grandmother, Joan. Unfortunately we were never able to meet her. Grandma Joan passed away when Gina, Joan’s mom, was just 3 years old. There were only two items left to Gina from her mom, a necklace charm and this ring. The ring was bought for Grandma Joan as her high school class ring. Tony could not have picked a more perfect ring to propose with than the one that belonged to the woman Joan is named after.

From the day we started planning our wedding April 11th 2026 was the perfect date to Joan. Life happened and we needed to push the wedding back a few months to accommodate some changes. We didn’t want to have the wedding too late in the year so we settled on June. Joan’s Grandparents, Grammy and Papa, will celebrate 56 years married on 06.27.2026. We couldn’t think of a more special connection to share with them than wedding dates. We’re looking forward to spending some anniversaries together!
