JoAn met May in 10th grade Chemistry class, they have known each other since they were 16 years old. May is her go-to person whenever she needs a good advice or a shoulder to cry on. Although they live on opposite sides of the country now, it's like no time has passed whenever they are together. Near or far, May has always been a constant in JoAn's life. She feels so lucky to have a best friend like May!

Sara and JoAn have been best friends since college. They met the summer of 2013 while taking a summer session at Penn State. As Sara told JoAn, she knew they would become best friends when she saw JoAn wearing a Hello Kitty crop top. Not only is Sara the most fun to be around but she is genuine, thoughtful and the absolute sweetest! JoAn and Sara made sure to stay in touch after graduation, visiting one another in Atlantic City, D.C. and Chicago. There is never a dull moment when these two are together! JoAn considers Sara one of her sisters for life.

JoAn is so lucky to have gained a sister she's always wanted!

They rarely fought growing up because he would always let her "win". He is the most kindhearted and caring brother to JoAn and she feels very lucky to have a sibling like him!

Cindy is JoAn's oldest best friend. They have known each other since the 6th grade. They grew up in the same neighborhood, shared the same bus and had several classes & marching band together throughout middle and high school. From teenage years to first crushes, heartbreaks, milestones and everything in between, they've been by each other's side for 15+ years. Through thick and thin, JoAn can always count on Cindy to be there for her no matter the distance.

JoAn met Vanessa through work at the Hilton in Rockville, MD. On her first day of work, she showed JoAn around the hotel and invited her to come eat lunch with her. Vanessa is one of the most uplifting, supportive and thoughtful friends. They love finding all the good eats around the neighborhood and celebrating each other's success. JoAn and Vanessa truly believe they were meant to cross paths and stay in each others lives for the long haul.

JoAn and Janae first met in 2016 when Janae came to visit the hotel JoAn was working at the time. They were both pursuing Hospitality Sales. The two got along right away but parted ways when the day came to an end. Little did they know they would cross paths again at the Hilton Rockville in Maryland, two years later! They had the opportunity to work together again and since then, have become the best of friends. The two enjoy going to brunch and traveling together and always supporting each other's dreams and aspirations. She is always there for JoAn in times of need or celebration.

Sam happened to live only minutes from Kevin in college but they did not meet until after graduation when Sam responded to a craigslist post for a roommate wanted. As soon as Sam stated his credentials - and Penn State alum and Patriots fan - he was approved.

JoAn and Korissa connected instantly the moment they met in summer 2013. Korissa is a ray of sunshine who radiates positive energy that is infectious. She is cheerful, kind, down to earth and always down for an adventure. From tailgating, bar hopping, traveling and getting Korean bbq together, JoAn and Korissa always have the best time together. Kdod is her Seoul sister!

Frank and Kevin forged their friendship in the Packer Hall dormitory freshman year at Penn State. Increasing distance has not deterred their friendship, and they continue to meet up for concerts, camping, and good eats.
