Travel Note
We have some options for lodging for our wedding weekend! You can either reserve a hotel room at the Marriott or The DoubleTree (also offers rooms with the Tryon Riverfront Inn), or you may book an AirBnb if you would prefer. As far as transportation, for those who are flying in from out of town, it is recommended that you rent a car in case you want to go to any of the places listed under the "Things To Do" page or any other activities that you may want to do over the weekend. There will be a trolley that will pick up from the hotels to take you to and from the venue the day of the ceremony. For those who choose to stay at an AirBnb, we ask that you either drive to the venue via Uber/Lyft, or your own personal car.

RDU is approximately 2 to 2 and a half hours from New Bern.

Wilmington International Airport is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours from New Bern.

Coastal Carolina Regional Airport is approximately 5 to 10 minutes from New Bern. Despite being the closest airport to New Bern, it is very small, with only 2 gates. From personal experience, this can be a challenging airport to fly into and out of. I wanted to include this option, however, for its close proximity to New Bern.
