No, Really. No jokes. We're tying the knot. En serio. No es broma. Nos vamos a casar!

We met Day 1 of our freshman year at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo as Engineering Undergrads. I saw him, he saw me. I called him my future husband...without him knowing of course. It took him over a year to get the courage to ask me out, and a couple weeks later, we each knew we were "the One". After thousands of hours of studying, countless exams, hundreds of long nights, a few all-nighters, a few pots of coffee, a handful of parties/get-togethers/roadtrips, & an endless amount of memories later, we finally graduated together in 2014. Strutted into the workforce together at the same company and making names for ourselves (yes, Jay-Z and Beyonce moment there). He finally popped the question on a weekend getaway back to San Luis Obispo, on the Pismo Pier while star-gazing. And yes, it is taking us waaayyyy too long to finally get this done...April 28, 2018, Here comes Mr. & Mrs. Silva! Let's get ready to paarttaayyy!! So save the date! Let's do this!

Nos conocimos el primer día de nuestro primer año en Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, como estudiantes de ingeniería. Entre mis amigos, le cambié el nombre a "Mi Futuro Esposo" ... sin que él lo supiera, claro. Él tardó más de un año para invitarme a salir, y un par de semanas después, ya sabíamos que éramos "el uno para el otro". Después de miles de horas de estudio, innumerables exámenes, demasiadas noches largas; algunas sin dormir, unas cuantas tazas de café, un par de fiestas/ reuniones / excursiones, y una cantidad interminable de recuerdos después, finalmente nos graduamos en 2014. Llegamos juntos a la misma compañia haciendo una buena reputación. Finalmente me hizo la pregunta, en una aventura de fin de semana yendo para San Luis Obispo; Me lo propuso en el muelle de Pismo mientras mirabamos las estrellas. Y sí, es verdad que nos está tomando demasiado tiempo para finalmente hacer esto ... 28 de abril de 2018, ¡Aquí viene el Sr. y la Sra.
