June 24th - Welcome Dinner
6-9PM // On Site: Argonaut Seaside Restaurant. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24TH, 2026 Bling Before the Ring - Welcome Dinner - Sequins, glitter, sparkle & shine! Italian Family-Style Dinner with wine & beer. Dinner, wine & beer provided by the Bride's family. Liquor available at additional cost. Please make us aware of any allergies!
June 25th - Winery, Olive Oil and Heraklion Free Time
9AM-3PM // Off Site: Private Wedding Guest Tour - $185/per person. *Optional Excursion* THURSDAY, JUNE 25TH 2026 Your journey begins at a local winery with an optional tasting and insight into Crete’s winemaking traditions. It continues at a nearby olive mill, where you’ll learn about production and sample Cretan olive oil. Afterwards, enjoy free time in Heraklion to shop, relax, or explore before returning to the resort. *Guests may also choose upgraded tasting experiences on the spot (extended wine selections or food pairings) at an additional cost. *No guide included during free time in Heraklion city- this is independent leisure time for guests to explore at their own pace. June 25th - Rehearsal Dinner
6-11PM // Off Site: TBD *Contract Pending THURSDAY, JUNE 25TH 2026 Something Blue Before I Do - Rehearsal Dinner - Beachy blues and casual island vibes Traditional Cretan Style dinner at a local taverna: Fresh Fish, Skewers & Traditional Cretan Dishes. Dinner and drinks provided by the Bride's family. A night of speeches, laughing and singing - Cretan style! Transportation provided to and from the hotel. Meet for Pick Up @ 5:30PM Home by 11:15PM Please make us aware of allergies or if you're taking alternative transportation to and from the restaurant.
June 26th - Wedding Ceremony and cocktail hour
6-7:20PM // On Site: Veghera Jetty Bar FRIDAY, JUNE 26TH 2026 All White Wedding - Wedding Day! - Creams, linens and bleached dresses and pants. Ceremony space (and bar) will open @ 5:30PM Ceremony Begins @ 6PM Following the ceremony, please stay for a group photo session, a celebratory Prosecco toast, and light bites as we kick off the festivities together! Hotel cart from ceremony to reception available 6:15-7:20PM Hotel cart to Thalassa Restaurant - The Reception (7 min ride)
June 26th - Wedding Reception
7:30PM-1AM // On Site: Thalassa Restaurant FRIDAY, JUNE 26TH 2026 Hotel carts from ceremony to reception available after group toast and picture post wedding ceremony. Hotel carts to reception available until 7:20PM. 7:45PM Bride and Groom Entrance 8PM Sit-Down Dinner 9:30PM- 1AM Dancing, Drinks and Dessert Hotel cart from reception to guest area available all night. Hotel cart back to guest area (8 min ride) Please make us aware of allergies!
June 27th - Wild Newlywed Party
3-9PM // Off Site: Private Catamaran Cruise - Mirabello Bay *Optional Excursion* **INVITE ONLY: Bachelorette/Bachelor Party** SATURDAY, JUNE 27TH 2026 Wild Boat Party - Animal print, safari vibes. Swim Suits & Boat Wear. Details can be found in the party email sent by Mary Hanna by May 1st. Meet for Pick Up @ 2PM Resort Drop off @ 9PM Please make us aware of allergies! If you did not receive an invite with boat details OR do not wish to attend the "wedding after-party" - consider it a free day for your own personal day of relaxation, exploring or booking your own excursion through Mary Hanna or your preferred app!
