You must RSVP by February 1, 2026. You must book your room through SimplyMary'ed with your final payment by April 1, 2026 Link to book found on the 'Travel' page.
The bride and groom are only paying for the wedding activities. This means your flight, room & board, and optional excursions will all be at your expense.
You are required to book through our Destination Wedding Planner, Mary Hanna with SimplyMary'ed. This will reassure the bride and groom's guests are well taken care of in case of delays, issue with your room, or any other travel concerns. Her 'Booking Link' is found on the 'Travel' page.
While we love your little ones, our time in Greece will be an adults-only vacation so that everyone can relax and enjoy the group excursions, the cretan dinners, the flowing wine, and many more things only adults 21+ can enjoy. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope you can take advantage of a romantic getaway with your other half or solo trip away.
Unless your specific invitation says otherwise, we ask that you do not bring a plus one nor should you bring your children 21 and younger. Because of the intimacy of the event and the dream of having a safe and stress-free vacation for all, the bride and groom made this rule so they know every guest that is in attendance. Everyone that is invited is considered a part of the wedding party; and you just wouldn't have a stranger in your wedding party, would ya?
Yes. It is required to attend the wedding events. Jasmine and James wanted to create a family and friends vacation where everyone is *together* and united. Because of this, they request that everyone stay at Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas from July 23-July 28th. Guests are allowed to book their own accommodations before and after the event as they please.
No, all excursions offered to guests are optional. The bride and groom curated excursions for the wedding event that celebrate the country's land, spirit and history while keeping true to their interests and personalities. Sometimes that may not align with the guest's idea of a good time! That's absolutely fine! James and Jasmine's intentions are for everyone to enjoy themselves while on this beautiful island. So explore what you want; lounge on the beach or stay in bed all day. As long as you're comfortable and happy! Stay tuned for more info about excursion options.
James and Jasmine completely understand that "life happens," and have had their fair share of saying "NO" to a RSVP. We will have a live feed of the wedding ceremony and hope to have videos and photos to share in real time. Their gift registry will also be available to provide support to their honeymoon and expenses for their home they have together. They do not love you any less and will happily celebrate with you on your own terms!
The wedding events will officially kick off Wednesday, June 24th; but we encourage all guests to arrive the day before to settle in and get used to the time difference before catapulting you into multiple days of fun, family and friends. June 23rd-28th, 2026. If you're feeling really frisky, plan a lil weekend trip beforehand(or after) - somewhere close in Europe! Don't blame us if you get an iconic vacation out of our wedding!
When booking your flight with Mary Hanna at SimplyMary'ed she will have you fly into the Heraklion Airport located 50 minutes away from Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas. From there, transportation will be provided by the bride and groom to the resort.
It will be summer time on the gorgeous island - so make sure you're ready for the heat! Though June on the island of Crete averages a large vary of 70-88 degrees! We will be on a resort type property that provides multiple pools and a private beach access so a swimsuit and sunscreen seem to be a necessity. Once you've RSVP'd and put your first down payment for your room, the bride and groom will provide specific attire colors and vibes for certain wedding events that the guest is required to attend through a physical itinerary that will be mailed to you. Otherwise, comfortable shoes for exploring the breathtaking island, sunglasses for seeing the sights, and a celebratory spirit for the unity of James and Jasmine are just a few things the bride and groom suggest you bring while at the wedding event!
Yes, because everyone is considered a part of the wedding party, James and Jasmine request a certain color or style/vibe at certain meals/events you will attend. They have the guest's best interest in mind and will not require anything unattainable or do not wish to request a dress code that would make the guest uncomfortable. This information will be given to you once you've RSVP'd 'YES' and have put the initial downpayment for your room at Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas.
We wanted to save the trees (and our sanity) and persisted on a digital invitation. Because of this we still felt the need to provide a special gesture to those who, RSVP 'YES' and put a down payment on their travel and/or room (or send flight info), with the official itinerary for the wedding, dress code schedule, your specific excursions you select, and more in the mail from the bride and groom 2-3 months before the wedding. It's important that our guests have lots of memorabilia from this wedding trip!
Your presence is a present! They can not stress that enough! If you still wish to show extra love and support to the bride and groom -or- wish to be there but can not attend the wedding event and want to support them, a honeyfund will be found under the 'registry' tab on this website. Their honeyfund will go to their honeymoon and any expenses they wish to make to upgrade their home once back from their celebration.
