Wedding Party

Teresita Dumanig

Matron of Honor

How you know the bride: College friend and household sister, turned bestie 🫶 Favorite memory: One of my favorite memories was our roadtrip to Santa Barbara where we literally talked for 6 hours straight and didn’t even realize we had made it to our destination! Other worthy mentions are all our boba dates, karaoke nights, and always showing up to events in low-key matching outfits ;) Go-to dance move: Shuffling

Rylee Orteza

Groomsman

How you know the groom: I met Juan my first year at WWU through the Newman Center and then went to live with him at the Testosterhome and X-house. Favorite memory: My favorite memory with Juan is our family dinner nights making everything from chicharron to fried rice for 8-9 guys and talking about everything from faith, relationships, and whatever thing we all thought we knew a lot about while growing as brothers. Go-to dance move: none

Kathleen Monteagudo

Bridesmaid

How you know the bride: Been causing trouble (and making memories) with Jenna Mae since she came out the womb! I am one of the many cousins who grew up with Jenna in the Bay Area and practically lived about 15 minutes away from each other. I got to witness many of her life successes and life challenges. Witnessed questionable fashion choices and epic adventures with this bride. When her birthday came around it reminded that we were going to be the same age for three months, but I still was the older cousin LOL! Favorite memory: A time I can remember with Jenna is when we were little and our Vegas cousins would visit and between her and I it would always be a competition. Being Jenna Mae’s cousin we have created countless memories with each other and her special day will be part of that journey! Wishing Jenna and Juan both a lifetime of love and laughter! Go-to dance move: Water dance

Adrian Mendoza

Groomsman

How you know the groom: I had the pleasure of living with Juan at the X-house during my time at WWU, some of the best time of my life, Juan was the one who invited me to live there. Favorite memory: Some of my favorite memories with Juan were watching him wipeout mountain biking in Galbraith and heckling him at the McDonald's drive thru, both of which were followed by Juan's iconic laugh and "bruh". Go-to dance move: El sapatiado

Abie Gimeno

How you know the bride: I’ve known Jenna Mae since birth- she’s my cousin! Go-to dance move: My go-to dance move is just acting out the lyrics with my hands and swaying to the beat. :)

Josh Schroeder

How you know the groom: Juan and I met in North Dakota, where we shared a suite before becoming teammates for FOCUS. I'm grateful we became friends immediately, because it meant our time at Benedictine and in the bay was really fun and special! Favorite memory: A few favorite memories with Juan were when we walked through hot coals together, going dancing in Kansas City, visiting Nashville, and just generally had a blast while we lived together at the Green Door. Go-to dance move: jumping around and sweating through my dress shirt

Alina Doan

Bridesmaid

How you know the bride: We met in Mrs. Le’s class in 1st grade! 🥹 Favorite memory: Going trick or treating every year together growing up 🥹 Go-to dance move: The Dougie 🕺🏽

Christian Pascual

Groomsman

How you know the groom: I met Juan the summer of 2021, but he claims we met back in 2019, I think it’s false. I went to Western at the time and he was attending the Newman Center quite frequently so he’d bring me along to events or small get togethers. I remember just not knowing him much and honestly not thinking we’d get along that well but we proved that to be very wrong over a short amount of time. Favorite memory: My favorite memory will be two; one is when we first played MLB the show and he absolutely destroyed me. It has not only fueled me to become better at the game but has become one of our favorite activities we do when he’s in town. The second one is when we played basketball in Bellingham one summer and we kept guarding each other which included a lot of trash talking, the occasional elbows, and a sense of brotherhood that not only can we experience feud on the court, but fraternity outside of it. Go-to dance move: My favorite dance move is the Freddie Freeman wedding dance that the Dodgers do when they get on base. Go Dodgers and love you so much Juan!

Teresa Miller

Bridesmaid

How you know the bride: We met through nursing school at Franciscan university and grew closer when we became roommates our junior year of college Favorite memory: Where do I begin?! Every moment with Jenna Mae was full of joy and laughter from learning how to be nurses and also growing up as young women confident in their identities as daughters of Christ. My favorite one is when I got stopped by the police with her in the car for driving 30mph running late to clinical and then getting sent home. She always made the most of a difficult situation and brought a smile to my face when she curled my hair at 7:30am 😂😂😂 Go-to dance move: Salsa

Anthony Meza

Groomsman

How you know the groom: Hello, I am Thomás and I am from WA. I met Juán at the Newman center in Bellingham. Favorite memory: My favorite memory of Juán is him working at McDonald's and our friends going there to prank him. Go-to dance move: The lawnmower

Luna Oppus

Bridesmaid

How you know the bride: We met Spring 2019 through Teresita after a Crowns commitment, and within 30 seconds of meeting we were dying laughing and doing bay area dances no one around us knew! It felt like we had been friends forever. Favorite memory: Donovan and Jenna Mae kidnapped me during midterms week in the fall of 2020 bc I was mentally dying and took me to raccoon creek! Jenna Mae and I spent a long time on the swings talking about boys and life and it clicked that she was always going to be a big sister to me. We’ve been through so many seasons together since then! Go-to dance move: The douggie

Malakai Gustilo-Rios

Groomsman

How you know the groom: Juan and Malakai are both Filipinos so they've always gotten along well. Favorite memory: When they lived in Bellingham together they'd go biking a lot. Despite Juan getting severely injured sometimes, and Malakai not being able to bike back home out of exhaustion, they kept doing it. It was fun. Go-to dance move: Malakai's go to dance move is sitting on a couch with a cup of coffee while reading a book.

Maisie Bernardo

Bridesmaid

How you know the bride: I've known Jenna Mae for a couples years now, but honestly feels like forever. We met at a retreat and the rest was history! It's crazy how one retreat can form a friendship of a lifetime. Favorite memory: Living out our inner country girl in Nashville! Go-to dance move: Thizz Dance

Adrian Jae Prado

Groomsman

How you know the groom: Hi everyone, I'm Jenna Mae's younger brother Favorite memory: One of my favorite memories with Juan is when he spent the whole day fixing my car that was leaking oil and he didn't even hesitate so I was like yee he W manz. Go-to dance move: My go to dance move since I was a kid has always been the Dab, gotta dab on the haters.
