Sancho's Tacos
This is our favorite spot for Mexican food!!! James orders the carne asada nachos and Kaitlin orders the OG tacos. Definitely recommend making a to go order and taking it to the beach! And don't forget the Chubbie salsa...that's the best part.
South Swell Hand Dipped Ice Cream
This is our favorite dessert place! So many options and it's surrounded by so many fun shops and restaurants. It is on a great street to spend an evening at!
San Clemente Beach Trail
This is one of our favorite places to walk! It's right along the ocean, 2.3 miles long, and totally flat!
West Street Beach
This is one of our favorite beaches! (Fun fact: we first said "I love you" here!) But we are lucky to live near the coast with dozens of beautiful beaches so text us if you need more recommendations!
Finney's Crafthouse - Laguna Beach
Another huge favorite for James and I. We discovered this spot in college and were SO happy when a location opened in Laguna Beach right when we moved home. The food is amazing and it's in a great spot in downtown Laguna. Another awesome street to spend an evening on!
Heritage Barbecue
The best BBQ in OC. Grab some food and spend some time walking around San Juan Capistrano or exploring The Mission. It's such a cute area with so many different places to eat!
Saddleback College Tennis Courts
James and I love to play pickleball so we wanted to make sure we told you about some great courts in the area. Only $5 to park and there are 8 courts to choose from! The courts are open from 8am-10pm.
Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club

Waterworks Bike Trail
This is one of the best bike trails around! It's where Ryan (Kaitlin's brother) and I (James) both learned to love biking. It's a moderate trail with fun features and jumps (that you can avoid if you want to). There are also many fun trails that connect to Waterworks.
