Rifle Falls State Park

Rifle Gap State Park

Fishing, boating, swimming, grilling, camping, etc at Rifle Gap State Park. Beautiful eagle sightings as well!

Harvey Gap State Park

Fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, etc at Harvey Gap State Park. Super close to Rifle Gap, just a smaller lake.

Hanging Lake

Hanging Lake trail. Tremendously beautiful waterfalls, lake, and mountain sights. A challenging hike that requires a permit/reservation.

Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park

America's only mountaintop theme park. With National Landmark status for their fairy caves, this is an amazing family experience. All starting with a gondala ride to the top of the mountain, continue the adrenaline on an alpine coaster, roller coasters or a Cliffhanger swing over the canyon.

Iron Mountain Hot Springs

Mineral hot spring pools located next to the Colorado River with the ability to upgrade to 21+ experience.

Glenwood Hot Springs Pool

Glenwood Springs original hot springs pool and the largest hot spring pool in the world. Originating from the Ute Native Americans for its healing properties with the nearby Yampah Caves as well. Great for families.

Grand Mesa Scenic Byway

Grand Mesa National Forest - where Kaitlyn and Jake got engaged. An absolute favorite place for them to spend time, especially in the summer. The world's largest flat top mountain with absolutely beautiful breathtaking views at every angle. Enjoy the drive over the mesa with endless opportunities to fish, hike, and camp among the over 300 lakes.
