What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get parked, seated, and settled.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, but please be aware that there will be an open bar, as well as 21+ smoking.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. Wear what makes you feel and look best! Patterns are welcome ☺️

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Colorado! Where the weather can be on one end of the spectrum one minute, to the opposite end in 5 minutes. Generally in August we will have some beautifully sunny days, with winds coming in the evening and temperature drops. Our venue is located next to the beautiful Colorado River so when the sun goes down, it will get chilly. Our suggestion is to bring layers. As the date approaches this will be updated to reflect a more accurate prediction.

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by July 1st so we can plan accordingly!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary signature drinks throughout the event. Feel free to tip our bartenders! You may bring your own drinks as well.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we have a wedding registry! You can find all the details on the Registry page of our website. Physical gifts and cards are welcome, but a special MASSIVE thank you to anyone who donates to our home buying funds or honeymoon funds!!!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos as you like. Please be aware that we will have professional photographer and they will get priority over cell phone pictures. We would love to see your faces in the photographer photos, rather than your phone! PLEASE feel free to take as many candid photos during the reception. We will have a QR code for guests to add to a shared album.

Can I wear heels?

Answer

Please be aware that there will be gravel and very soft grass that sharp heels may sink in. We suggest chunky heels or sandals.

Is this outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, the reception will be at the same location outdoors with a large party tent for coverage.

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

There will be a shuttle option, as well as Uber drivers to utilize at the end of the evening to ensure responsible consumption for our guests. ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKING & DRIVING or Kaitlyn will murder you! 😤
