Want to see all the locations from the film, Hocus Pocus? You can easily access most of these on foot just walking the area. For a more detailed experience, there are guided tours, but they do not grant access to any of the buildings. Dani and Max's House is located at 4 Ocean Avenue. This is a private home, be respectful and take photos from across the steet. Allison's House- Ropes Mansion, located at 318 Essex Street Old Town Hall- Located at 32 Derby Square. This is where the town dance party was held. Max and Allison's high school- Phillips Elementary School- located at 86 Essex Street Thackery Binx's Cottage- Located in Pioneer Village at 310 West Avenue. Old Burial Hill Cemetary-Located on Orne Street in Marblehead. This is where Max meets the thugs. Beautiful old cemetary worth the 10 minute drive to visit.
