Beaver Creek Mountain: Grab a trail map at the base area ticket booths (located inside Beaver Creek sports at the Ritz-Carlton and Centennial Lift at Beaver Creek) and explore Beaver Creek Mountain. Beaver Lake Hike 5 miles round trip ~3 hours hiking time A more strenuous hike, but a local's favorite! The trailhead is located south from the shuttle stop along Village Road to Elk Track Road, along the 5 senses trail (remember to bring your trail map). Vail Mountain: With trails starting from the base areas as well as the top of Gondola One and Eagle Bahn Gondola (#19), you can't go wrong. You can even take the gondola up and hike around from there.
