It all started with getting a Subway sandwich during their lunch break at work. From there, they ate lunch together everyday. And, the rest is history! Who knew a $5 foot-long would spark such romance!

Erika and Jesse met up with a photographer early in the morning to take photos of them throughout Rome. Within 10 mins of taking photos, the photographer led them to a hilltop that looked out to the Colosseum. She instructed them that they were going to do something fun and take solo shots! She had Erika stand at the top of the hill, facing the Colosseum, then she asked Erika to turn around. When Erika turned, Jesse was down on one knee with the ring box open and she immediately started crying. Erika couldn't hear a word Jesse said over her crying, but as soon as she heard "will you marry me?", she said "YES!" Afterwards, they had a beautiful engagement shoot throughout Rome!
