Jing and Jamie met while both living in Western Australia, Jing was in the process of graduating from nursing school while Jamie was an aspiring geologist. The two met over a home cooked Thai green curry and a couple Matso's ginger beers, reminiscing on the night, Jing noted the curry was "Not bad" for an Englishman with a satisfactory amount of spice, it won her over. The two quickly learnt that they had a passion for food and travel, which cemented the foundations to their relationship of travelling to new locations to experience different cultures and cuisines. During one of their trips to Europe Jamie eagerly asked Jing to be his wife, with photographers at the ready, Jing said "YES". We are so excited to bring the Farmers and the Koks together for a weekend bonanza in Margaret River, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all over a weekend of great food, even better drinks, and plenty of laughs.
