Callejoneada

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Parque Benito Juárez
75 Cañadita de los Aguacates, San Miguel de Allende, Gto. 37700, Mexico

Cocktail attire with comfortable shoes.

A "Callejoneada" is a Mexican wedding tradition that kicks-off celebrations. The bride and groom, along with all wedding guests, walk the streets with live music, drinks, snacks and festive decorations. We'll be walking from Parque Juarez to welcome drinks at La Azotea. The walk is fairly short (700 meters or 0.4 miles) but the streets are cobblestone so choose your footwear appropriately! P.S. If you'd like to wear heels to welcome drinks, feel free to bring them with you.

Coctel de Bienvenida

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail attire

If you can't join us for the callejoneada, no worries. We hope to see you at La Azotea for welcome drinks, heavy appetizers, and fun! La Azotea is our absolute favorite bar in town. Ben has even celebrated a few birthdays here and Jimena has eaten about a thousand of their jicama shrimp tacos -- we'll have some ready for you along with lots of other delicious apps!

Ceremonia y Recepción

Sat, Apr 5, 2025, 4:00 pm - Sun, Apr 6, 2025, 1:00 am

Formal attire. We invite you to dress up and celebrate in style! Think formal or cocktail-length dresses and suits (with tie).

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm followed by cocktails, dinner, and (lots of) dancing. Meal preferences are to help us gauge numbers.

El After

1:00 am

As Casa Cien, the wedding venue, is located in the center of town, there is a noise ordinance requiring our reception to end at 1am. For those ready to keep the party going, we'll head over to Republica nightclub, just a 10min walk or 5min drive away. And yes, Ben already promised he will be there!

La Tornaboda

12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Casual attire

The "tornaboda" is Mexican wedding tradition where friends and family gather for a relaxed post-wedding celebration to spend more time with the couple. If you're still in town, and up for it, feel free to come by for Mexican brunch. RSVP is just to gauge food quantity.
