Ashleigh is Sherry's "baby girl". Don't let her good looks fool you - she is her own strong woman, and will knock you out if the need calls for it. She is a former Scout, world traveler, and currently a multi-store General Manager for a Wing Stop franchise. She is well trained as a Culinary Arts Specialist with a passion for cooking, and things had better be done right!

Andi is Jim & Sherry's matchmaker. If Andi didn't reach out to Jim on Sherry's behalf, they probably wouldn't have gone out on that first date back in November of 2019. When Sherry asked Andi "What is the deal with this guy Jim Golec?" Andi responded: "Do you mean Ethan's Godfather?" Sherry immediately knew that Jim must be a good guy because Andi wouldn't let just anyone be her son's Godfather. Jim had to be someone special to Andi. If it wasn't for Andi reaching out to Jim, Sherry would not have had the courage to message Jim to ask him to dinner. Jim was Andi's Venturing Advisor in Scouting when she earned her Silver Award, which is the highest rank you can earn in Venturing, like the Eagle award in Boy Scouts. he and Andi 'grew up' together in Scouting.

Joanna met Sherry and Ashleigh back in 2014, when Joanna's Scout troop hosted Sherry's and Ashleigh's troop for an international Scouting event. By the end of the week, they got to know each other so well that Sherry had joked that she had better be invited to Joanna's wedding. Joanna and her husband Tom were married in 2019 with Sherry, Ashleigh and Jim in attendance.

AnnaBeth is Sherry's Goddaughter, who is super excited to be sharing in our day. She's a highly talented and award-winning chorister, thespian and color guard member who also spins a mean flag.

Bonnie Budde

Bonnie is Jim's "Spouse from another house!!" Jim and Bonnie have been friends for years. Bonnie & her husband Steve first met Jim at Epiphany UCC when the Hodges and Golec kids were in Sunday school together. The three of them then went on to be Scout leaders together for over 15 years.

Brian Golec

Groomsman

Brian is Jim's youngest brother, but don't refer to him as the "baby" of the family - he'll debate you on it. He's an honest hard-working man who is an awesome husband and Dad. He is also a pretty good cook, who makes a mean Cajun Shrimp & Pasta in the spirit of Emeril Lagasse. You might say that he and Jim have known each other all their lives.

Jim is Sherry's oldest, and has been his own man since he was a boy. He is an Eagle Scout, and a holder of multiple degrees in Meteorology, Emergency Management, and is also a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician. He is also a Storm Chaser, BBQ Lover, Emergency Management and Public Safety Specialist. This man works his fingers to the BONE!

Mike Jensen

Mike is Ashleigh's Significant Other, and is already a part of the family. He may seem a little sarcastic at times, but has a loyal heart. He knows how to put the "fun" into whatever situation he's in.

Ethan Hodges

Ring Bearer

Ethan is Jim's Godson. He is excited and looking forward to providing the ring "security" for 'Papa Jim' and 'Fairy Godmother' Sherry.

Bennett is Ethan's cousin, and also 'Papa Jim's' Godson by default.
