Shuttle Bus From Boston Logan to Cape Cod
If you don't want to rent a car the Cape Cod shuttle is an alternative, it doesn't go all the way to Chatham but will get you most of the way there. Its roughly another 45min from Hyannis (where the shuttle lets off) to Chatham, Ubers are typically available but may be spotty in Dec.

The train is an option for people coming from Chicago (or South Bend) to Boston.
