Question

What are the COVID-19 Precautions?

Answer

We're working closely with our venue to ensure a safe and fun evening for all. Our venue is very spacious, though we cannot guarantee 6 ft. of distance throughout the night. Beginning March 1st, the mask mandate in Baltimore City was lifted, so masks are not required; however, please do whatever makes you feel safest! If you do not feel comfortable attending, we will miss you, but we understand. For everyone's safety (and given that the wedding has already been derailed by COVID twice!), we strongly encourage you to get COVID-19 vaccines at least two weeks before the event. If you are unvaccinated, or experiencing COVID symptoms, please only attend if you take a negative COVID test on the 23rd.

Question

What are my dinner options?

Answer

You have two two main options to choose from! The first is Chicken Chesapeake topped with lump crab meat, served with Old Bay fingerling potatoes and spring vegetables. The second is fresh sautéed Penne Rosa in a light rose sauce, mixed with mushrooms, onions, peppers, and zucchini. If you have a gluten allergy or sensitivity, simply select that option. For any other food restrictions, please specify on you RSVP card, and we're happy to accommodate. Either of these delicious options can be made allergy-friendly!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off! Drinks will be flowing, so the Baxter wedding is 21+ only.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45, so we can get you seated!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, all guests will be able to park in the Harbor Court Garage, located on Lee Street. It is private, covered, and attached to the hotel. You may park in the garage regardless of whether you're staying the night.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is black-tie optional, so bring on your gowns, tuxes, suits, cocktail dresses - whatever makes you feel fancy and ready to party!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation - any dates will be specified directly. Thank you for understanding!
