Mom's restaurant has reopened with her own special food truck at the same location. The rebuilding of Mom's restaurant is going to take some time but for now, she is providing the same excellent food and her homemade crafted cinnamon buns and breakfast.

Previously destined to become the site of luxury condominiums, the land that is now Lovers Key State Park was donated to the people of Florida so that its beaches and mangrove forests can be preserved for all to enjoy. Will be more of a walk to the beach. $8 per vehicle
Located on the northern tip of Fort Myers Beach, this 17-acre beach park includes beach access on the Gulf and back bay, along with hiking trails, picnic areas and a free public boat dock. Parking rate - $2/hour. Must use mobile payment system.
Isolated and picturesque, this beach is probably the most popular on Sanibel. Great shelling and amenities make it worth the five minute hike from the parking area to the beach. Adventurous beachcombers can walk for several miles on unobstructed white sand beaches covered in shells. The shoreline at Bowman's Beach has experienced little of the intense development seen on the rest of the islands. Parking Fee is $5 per hour.
