When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

The open period for reserving rooms at our discounted rate has unfortunately closed, but rooms are still available at standard rates via the linked address on the Travel page. Please feel free to explore any other accommodation options that work for you!

What should I do if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

We understand that plans can change! If you would like to change your RSVP before the deadline, please feel free to do so via the website. If you need to change your response after the RSVP deadline, please contact us directly at jkkv.wedding@gmail.com

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Each ceremony on the Schedule page indicates a "doors open" time and a ceremony start time. We plan to start each event promptly at the ceremony start time and request that guests arrive in advance of that.

How can I get to and from the ceremony?

Answer

We'll be providing a shuttle between the Westin and the ceremony venues on Saturday and Sunday, prioritizing those with limited mobility. If you're planning to drive, check out the Schedule page for our recommended parking locations. Uber and Lyft are also available in Calgary. Finally, all of the venues are easily accessible via light rail.

Do I have to stay at the Westin?

No, feel free to book accommodations that make the most sense for your party. Note that the shuttles will be picking up / dropping off from the Westin only.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please feel free to wear either Indian or Western clothing to any of the events during the weekend. We've provided suggested dress codes for each event, available on the schedule. All events will be held indoors.

Are kids welcome? Can I bring guests?

We're excited to celebrate with all of our guests, big and small! Your RSVP form on this website will clearly indicate the members of your party included in the invitation.
