What is the address for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held at Saint John the Baptist Church in Wading River, located at 1488 N Country Rd, Wading River, NY 11792, at 2:30 pm. Following the ceremony, we'll celebrate at Old Field Club in East Setauket, situated at 86 Meadow Rd, Setauket-East Setauket, NY 11733, at 6:00 pm.

What do I need to know about parking?
Answer
St. John the Baptist offers ample parking on-site. If needed, additional spaces are available in the lot upstairs behind the church hall or directly across the street. At our reception venue, you'll find plenty of parking as well, so securing a spot won't be a concern.

Can I take pictures during your wedding? When can I post them on social media?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep cell phones away during our ceremony—our photographer will capture all the special moments from the I-dos! During the reception, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like. You're welcome to share them on social media anytime, and we'd love it if you'd tag us and use our wedding hashtag so we can enjoy your perspective of the celebration!

What is your wedding day intinerary?

Our ceremony will begin at 2:30pm, with our reception to follow at 6:00pm.

Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?
Answer
Our cocktail hour and reception will both be held indoors. That said, our venue features a beautiful patio with views overlooking the West Meadow Wetland Reserve. The patio is partially covered, so weather permitting, we'd love for you to step outside and take in the stunning scenery—it's a perfect spot for photos!

Will you be providing transportation?
Answer
Yes, we will have a shuttle bus run between our reserved hotel and the reception venue, ensuring a comfortable journey throughout the evening. We recommend parking at the hotel after the ceremony, then enjoying the shuttle service to and from the hotel for the rest of the night.
