Hilton Garden Inn Lake Forest Mettawa

If booking over the phone, ensure to book within the "Parsley-Dzul" wedding block. Hilton will provide free transportation to all guests to and from the event, see below for important information regarding the free shuttle. IMPORTANT : The cutoff date to reserve a room in our guest block is 11/22/2024. After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted at the Hilton's prevailing rate, based on availability. Any guest requiring a handicap accessible room should inform the hotel upon booking.

Hilton Shuttle

Hilton's free shuttle will take you from the hotel to our venue before the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception. The Hilton shuttle will begin making trips to the venue at 4:45 pm. The shuttle will continuously transport guests back to the Hilton during the last hour of the reception (11:00 p.m. to 12:00 am).

Directions and Parking

While we recommend using Google or Apple Maps to navigate to the address of our venue, GPS directions can get confusing once you enter the Lake Forest Academy grounds. Once you reach campus, many signs will be posted to lead you to the wedding parking lot and the venue entrance.
