Travel Note

Your stay on the Wedding Weekend

We’ll be staying at an Airbnb in Portland near SE 22nd and Burnside if you'd like to be nearby. The annual Portland Blues Festival usually takes place at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland from July 3–5, which will make it busier than usual.

Flight

Portland International Airport (PDX)

If you're traveling from out of town, we recommend flying into Portland International Airport (PDX). Most destinations around the city are just a 10–20 minute taxi or Uber ride from the airport.

Rental Car

Transportation

Portland has great public transportation with Trimet buses and the MAX light rail, plus plenty of rideshare options like taxis, Uber, and Lyft. If you plan to explore outside the city, we highly recommend renting a car. Rental cars can be found at the airport and at several locations throughout the city.
