Transportation - Gannon Taxi Service

We have 20 guests that have RSVP-ed for transportation. For anyone who did not RSVP you will need to find your own ride. We have 5 cars (exactly 20 seats) that will be arriving at the Hampton Inn in Ellsworth (address above) at 3pm for pick up and will drop off at the Bar Harbor Club. These 5 cars are through Gannon Taxi Service and we asked they have a sign for Nyman/Nielsen Wedding on them, ?if that will happen. These cars are coming from Bangor. At MIDNIGHT there will again be 5 cars, but they may not be the exact same ones. The cars will be picking up at midnight at the Bar Harbor Club, so you'll need to finish up your drink at the afterparty and be back down at the Bar Harbor Club BEFORE MIDNIGHT -- ideally 11:50pm or so. Pre Ceremony

Please plan to show up at or before 4:15 pm. Wedding ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. The boat house is closest to the water. Weather permitting we will be getting married on the grass to the left of the pool house as you are walking out towards the water.

See notes in Reception for attire. Kids are welcome to the ceremony, but we ask they leave afterwards. Note, the children involved in the wedding ceremony will be attending the reception.
Reception

This event is not black tie, but a little fancy. Let's call it beach chic. Bridesmaids will be wearing long dresses and groomsmen will be wearing navy suits. Note, the ceremony will be on grass but reception on hard floors - in case this changes shoe choices. Also, it does get CHILLY at night - please bring a light jacket, a sweater or shawl to stay warm once the sun goes down.
There will be a few lite bites to start from 5-6 pm ish, then we will serve dinner. Note, open bar from 5pm to 10pm - please plan accordingly.
