There are SO many fun things to do around Ridgway and we encourage you to make a trip of it, explore the area and take in the beauty that we will be surrounded by. Below are just some activities for you to check out! Our campground has short mountain bike/hiking trails, and a disc golf course! We will also have plenty of campground games. Friends - bring yours too!

Mountain Biking

Biking is one of our passions. We recommend the RAT trail system which is the closest to our campground. There's also tons of trails towards Telluride and Montrose.

Hiking

There should be LOTS of wildflowers to check out around this time. There's an easy trail on the campground itself. We also recommend the Blue Lake Trail outside of Telluride but there's lots of options around Ridgway/Ouray/Telluride.

Rock Climbing

Ouray is known for its ice and rock climbing. If you are experienced and have a partner, we encourage you to go check out some routes. There are also some rock climbing guides (Ouray Via Ferrara & Basecamp Ouray Mountain Guides) in Ouray if you are more novice but want to check it out.
