What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are requested to arrive by 2:30 pm to have time to visit with others before being seated for the ceremony.

Is the event indoor our outdoors?

Answer

It will be all held outdoors with the reception under a tent. Please check the weather for outer clothing options, it is October in the great Commonwealth of Virginia.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We prefer you wear cocktail attire or your Sunday Best but most importantly, we want you to be comfortable and enjoy the day celebrating our love.

If this is a private residence, where should I park?

Answer

Parking is limited at this private residence, so we recommend carpooling.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Regrettably, transportation to and from the ceremony is not offered.

Can we use our phones to take photos?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The menu includes barbequed meat with side dishes. We cannot accommodate allergy requests, but the banquet captain can provide ingredient information.
