While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be primarily an adult celebration, with a only a few children included who play a special role in our lives. Yes, the event features an open bar! Cash tips for the bartenders are always appreciated. Please note, no outside alcohol is permitted by the venue.
We’ve arranged optional transportation for your convenience between Hotel Northampton and our venue, the Red Barn. A school bus will depart from the hotel promptly at 4:00 p.m., so please be sure to arrive a few minutes early. If you prefer to drive, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. You can also take an Uber or Lyft to the event. Rideshares should be readily available during the day, but may be harder to find later in the evening. If you'd like, you can take a rideshare to the venue and return to the hotel on our shuttle bus at the end of the night.
Our wedding venue offers ample on-site parking. If you decide to drive to the venue and take bus transportation back, you are able to leave your car overnight and arrange for an Uber to pick it up the next morning.
We suggest cocktail attire. Kindly note that our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, so please keep in mind mid-July temperatures. There is also a short walk on grass to the ceremony site, so please choose your footwear accordingly.
