We’ll be gathering for casual welcome drinks at 7:30 p.m. (Cash Bar) outdoors at The Deck in Northampton. If you are in town early, come say hello and kick off the weekend with us! We'll be under the white tent near the entrance by the parking lot.
3:45 pm
We’ve arranged for optional transportation between Hotel Northampton and The Red Barn. A school bus will depart from the hotel. Please check back for the exact time of bus departure 2 weeks prior to the wedding. If you prefer to drive, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.
4:30 pm
Please arrive by 4:15 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Guests are invited to enjoy a refreshment station and live music from a string duo while getting settled before the ceremony.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Cocktail attire.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so please keep in mind mid-July temperatures and choose your footwear accordingly. The reception will be indoors (and air-conditioned!) at the same location.
