Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:10 PM, with all guests seated by 4:15 PM. The venue is located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, outside the Portland metro area. We recommend allowing up to 1.5 hours for travel, depending on your starting location.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Summer formal attire is requested. Think light, elevated, and seasonally appropriate. The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so please plan footwear accordingly. For reference, guests often choose: - Dresses (midi or full length), or dressy separates - Suits with a button-down shirt and tie We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to space limitations and our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children listed on your invitation are welcome to attend. We kindly ask that parents supervise their children throughout the event. If you’re able, we also encourage you to enjoy the evening as a date night. Please include any child who will require a seat and meal in your RSVP.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away. We've hired an amazing photographer and would love for you to be fully present with us. You’re welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available on-site. Rideshare options are limited in the area, so we recommend driving or carpooling with other guests. Please note that overnight parking at the venue is not permitted.
