Their journey started in a pre-COVID World at a Technology Conference in Kigali. Alexis, an investor in early stage startups, and Jihan, a founder building in Africa were about to embark on a unique adventure together. After Alexis missed his flight out of Nairobi to spend more time with Jihan, they bonded over a great love for food and traveling. One of the many things they had in common was their commitment and dedication to their careers and building something great. At the end of the day, their shared perspective on life and family is what brought them closer. A few words from us: Since starting this adventure together, we’ve had our fair share of unique experiences and created new memories together! From traveling the world and exploring new places to eating at some of the best restaurants, and ringing in the new year in 3 different countries in the last 3 years. Most importantly, we’ve built a wonderful life, and home together in Nairobi surrounded by friends and family. We couldn’t be more excited to celebrate our special day with our loved ones.
