Our wedding will take place off resort at Blue Venado Seaside. TRANSPORTATION: There will be a shuttle taking guests from TRS to Blue Venado Seaside. There will be shuttles running from Blue Venado back to the hotel throughout the evening. More details about transportation to come. MEALS: Please select your meal preference when you RSVP. For appetizers, you have an option of: - Tandoori Salad (contains chicken) - Shrimp Bisque For entrees, you have an option of: - Ribeye with roquefort sauce, mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables - Salmon with mango chutney, coconut rice and green beans - Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli There is also a vegetarian option available - Romaine lettuce served in a pineapple shell with roquefort cheese, mushroom, and pineapple cubes (appetizer) and Stuffed poblano pepper and sautéed vegetables (entree)
