If you plan on attending our welcome events, we recommend that you stay from Jan 8th/9th to Jan 12th/13th. This gives enough time to attend our events and a day or so to enjoy the city on your own. From NYC, there are non-stop flights on JetBlue and Avianca Airways. From Miami, there are non-stop flights on Avianca Airways and American Airlines From Chicago, there are one-stop flights on Delta airlines, American Airlines and Avianca Airways. From Trinidad, there are one-stop flights available on Copa-Airlines connecting in Panama. This flight is a good option for those without US Visas and is the quickest option. If you are willing to do a longer layover and more flight time, you can Fly from Trinidad --> NY/Miami/FLL --> Cartagena. We know travel can be a hassle but we promise, it will be an unforgettable weekend!

This is the official wedding hotel! A wedding Room Block has been created to offer discounted rates for our guests. CLICK THE ‘VIEW’ button below for the link! The wedding block rooms include breakfast for 2 on each day of your stay. If you don’t want breakfast, then it may actually be cheaper to book a room at Hyatt outside of our wedding block. For example: Standard king room with breakfast = $265usd Standard king room with breakfast using our code = $239 usd The choice is completely up to you! There are also 2 bedroom suites available for groups of 3-4. If you’d like to book one of those suites please reach out to Jhazmin. PS. You are not obligated to stay at the Hyatt regency. Cartagena has an abundance of beautiful hotels and AirBnB's. Please stay wherever you feel most comfortable. Airbnb's are perfect for large groups and are very safe.
