Attire: Cocktail and Semi-Formal Think cocktail dresses, suits, or dressy separates. Dressy but comfortable - And be sure to bring layers if and/or when the evening cools down if you'd like!
The ceremony will take place outdoors near the elephant exhibit, followed by an indoor reception at the front of the zoo. Please dress comfortably for the weather and wear practical footwear, as there may be some walking between areas. Stylish but comfortable is the vibe! Golf carts will be available if assistance is needed getting around.
Please plan to arrive no later than 5:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and we want everyone comfortably seated and ready to enjoy the moment with us!

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know! A formal invitation with meal options will be sent out, and you’ll have the opportunity to indicate any accommodations needed. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration comfortably!
We’re excited to celebrate with guests of all ages! Children are welcome at both the ceremony and reception. Please let us know how many children you plan on bringing! We’ll have a kids' entertainment area with coloring and activities to keep them entertained, and they’ll also have access to explore the front half of the zoo during the reception!
There will be a short walk after the ceremony from the elephant exhibit to the reception area at the front of the zoo. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes—or bringing an extra pair—so you can enjoy the day without sore feet! Golf carts will be available if needed for easier transportation around the zoo.
Yes, feel free to take photos and capture the memories! We’ll also have two professional photographers covering the day, so you can relax and be present knowing all the special moments are being captured. Plus, our DJ will have a fun photo booth complete with props—perfect for selfies, editing, and printing your own keepsakes to take home! We just kindly ask that during the ceremony, you keep phones and cameras away to avoid distractions, so everyone can fully enjoy the moment.
Relax, party people — yes, we’ve got an open bar! It’ll be flowing from 6:15 PM to 10:30 PM, so come ready to toast, sip, and celebrate with us. Cheers to a night of celebration, good drinks, and great company!
