Elephant Overlook Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:15 pm
The start to the night's "Ever After" will be one to remember! We will hold an unforgettable sunset wedding ceremony on the main overlook of the Helga Beck Asian Elephant Preserve. This offers an awe-inspiring view of magnificent Asian elephants interacting in the preserve just below. *Max 20pp seating room (Additional standing room available) *Golf Carts will be available for transport to the ceremony for those who need them/request them, but it is recommended that guests bring a change of shoes in order to accommodate the walk to the Asian Elephant Preserve.
Cocktail Reception
6:15 pm - 7:15 pm
* Guests will have access to indoor zoo exhibits, aquarium and zoo courtyard. * 4 hors d'oeurves will be passed around: * Chef's charcuterie display will be available to all guests at this time *Open Bar will be available beginning at this time until the end of the plated dinner reception House bar: Spirits: Bacardi Rum, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Jameson Whiskey, Jim Beam Bourbon, Martini & Rossi Vermouth, Recipe 21 Schnapps and Triple Sec, Sauza Silver Tequila, Tito’s Vodka Bottled Beer: Bud Light, Labatt Blue Light, 1911 Hard Cider, Goose Island IPA, Middle Ages Syracuse Pale Ale, White Claw Variety White Wine: Premium Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Rosé Red Wine:Premium Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot Assorted Pepsi products and mixers also available

Plated Dinner Menu: Salad Course - Entree Course - Wedding Cake Cutting with Cookie platters and Coffee & Tea Station available for dessert.
