Answer

We would greatly appreciate it if you could RSVP at your earliest convenience upon receiving your invitation. Kindly respond by May 25th, 2025. After this date, any unanswered invitations will regrettably be marked as 'not attending' in accordance with our vendors' cutoff deadlines.

Answer

Once we have received the final RSVP count, we will share the designated pickup times for the trolleys. Kindly make note of these times to ensure a seamless experience on the day of the celebration.

Answer

The trolleys will make their way to the reception at intervals throughout the evening. Announcements will be made to inform guests of each arrival. The first pickup will be promptly at 9:00 PM. As a reminder, drop-offs will be at the same locations as the pickup points.

While the trolley service is offered as a thoughtful gesture for our guests, it is entirely optional. Ample parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues. Please enjoy the open bar responsibly, and should you choose to indulge, we kindly ask that you do so with care.

Both the church and venue offer on-site parking. Should you prefer a more scenic experience, the trolley service will be available to transport you, ensuring a leisurely and relaxed arrival.

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors, with St. Joseph's serene and sacred setting. For the reception, guests will enjoy a wonderful mix of both indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing the experience of Traverse City's natural beauty and the Peninsula's lovely interiors.

Answer

We are excited to have partnered with an exceptional media company to capture every beautiful moment of the ceremony. In order to allow them to fully document the occasion, we kindly request that phones be put away during the ceremony. Once the ceremony has concluded, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

Answer

We would be delighted to have our friends and family join us in celebrating our special occasion in style. We kindly request a formal dress code for the evening.

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus-one it will be noted on your invitation.
