Trolley Pickup
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
The two trolleys will arrive at the Delamar and Cambria Suites to escort our guests. We kindly ask to please be dressed and ready for the pickup time. The trolleys will have air conditioning, music, and panoramic views so you may sit back and enjoy the lovely scenery! You will see Lake Michigan's West and East Bay, as well as stunning local vineyards on the way to the church.
Ceremony
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the music of a chamber ensemble and provided pamphlets detailing the ceremony. The sacred full mass, presided by Father Ben Rexroat, will unfold over the course of one hour. The church is also equipped with air conditioning. We kindly ask for your utmost reverence throughout the ceremony, in honor of its sanctity. Following the service, the trolleys will escort guests to the cocktail hour, where the celebration will continue!
Trolley to Scenic Overlook & Venue Drop-Off
3:30 pm - 3:45 pm

The trolleys will make a brief stop at the Scenic Overlook, a renowned landmark on Old Mission Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of West Bay and the Grand Traverse Winery Vineyard. It is a truly unmissable sight, a moment to pause and savor the natural grandeur of the bride's beloved hometown.
Cocktail Hour
3:45 pm - 5:00 pm

Enjoy the open bar and savor a selection of exquisite appetizers, while the live band fills the air with jazz melodies. Have some fun playing outdoor yard games, or take a leisurely stroll to the shores of West Bay, where you can admire the picturesque view of Power Island.
Dinner & Celebration!

The Peninsula Room is renowned for its distinguished culinary offerings, provided by Mission Table, a celebrated farm-to-table restaurant known for its commitment to the freshest and finest ingredients. To ensure your utmost comfort, we will offer a buffet-style dinner, accompanied by live music. Following dinner, a DJ will set the mood for dancing, enhanced by glow props and fun accessories. For a cozy interlude, an outdoor fireplace with built-in seating awaits, along with complimentary S'more-making treats. The bar will remain open throughout the evening, with an accompaniment of dessert. We look forward to celebrating with you!
