To access the venue, you'll need to fly into Reno-Tahoe International Airport and drive to South Lake Tahoe, CA.

We recommend getting a group together to coordinate travel from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport to Camp Richardson (about a 1 hour 30 minute drive.) Your most cost-effective options will be to reserve a rental car or to coordinate a shuttle (for groups of 10 or more), though Uber or Lyft is also an option. We'll update this section soon with suggestions for rental cars and shuttles!
House Or Rental
Camp Richardson is a beautiful yet quaint, family-owned resort right on the lakefront. To make things easy, we've already reserved accommodations for each of our guest. We'll be reaching out soon to let you know where on the property you'll be staying and to coordinate payment. Check-In is at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 18th for most, and Check-Out will be at 11:00 AM on Sunday, September 20th or Monday, September 21st (depending on how long you've indicated you'd like to stay.)
Travel Note
Camp Richardson Resort offers a convenient daily shuttle service for guests, with designated stops throughout the South Shore. This amenity will help you get too and from the grocery store to grab anything you might need, and will help you relax and enjoy your visit without the hassle of driving. Please Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, shuttle operations may be affected. To confirm that the shuttle is running, please call us at 530-494-2228.

Though we won't be reserving a room block for our After Party Celebration at this time, we recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Medical Center, a short 10-minute drive from our home.
