The lowest prices for trips to Reno-Tahoe International Airport are usually from June 20–September 4. We recommended that you begin looking into flights in May and plan to book 1-3 months before your trip!

I'm staying at Camp Richardson Resort, but need to adjust my travel plans. Who should I contact?

Answer

All adjustments to lodging accommodations at the resort must be made by the bride and groom. Please contact Nick Adams at (432) 231-3617 with any questions regarding your lodging accommodations.

I'm staying at Camp Richardson Resort. When do I need to make my payment by?

Answer

You should have received an email from Jewel and Nick confirming your lodging accommodations and the associated cost, but if you have not, please contact us! We ask that you submit your payment via Zelle to Jewel Connor Adams by Monday, June 22, 2026. If you have any questions, please contact Jewel at (469) 216-3039.

What will the weather be like in Lake Tahoe?

South Lake Tahoe can be breezy this time of year! Expect highs in the mid-70°s and lows in the high 60°s. We recommend that you plan to bring a coat or jacket with you, as it may get chilly in the evenings.

Is there are room block for the "Happily Ever After Party" in Fort Worth?

Answer

At this time, we have not reserved a room block for our Fort Worth reception, but we recommend staying at Clarion Pointe Fort Worth East - Arlington, a short 2-minute drive from the venue.

Our Fort Worth celebration will be a more casual reception. The attire for this event is Dressy Casual. Plan to wear special-event clothing that's comfortable but still polished—think elevated everyday outfits like midi dresses, blouses with slacks, or button-downs with chinos, avoiding overly formal or overly casual pieces. Yes! Our casual reception in Fort Worth will be held from 11:00 am - 3:30 pm. We will serve a buffet-style meal, beer, wine, and dessert, followed by music and toasts.
